Where I live, if you go to the grocery store
about 6pm you’ll find at least a dozen and
a half women in yoga pants.
All of them are sexy, and they all know
it…or else they wouldn’t be wearing yoga
pants to the supermarket.
I’m guessing you’re familiar with this
phenomenon. But have you ever noticed
that not one of them looks like she
actually just FINISHED her workout?
It’s also not like she’s going to buy ice
cream and frozen broccoli only to head to
the gym for an hour and a half afterward.
Nope. She dressed up specifically to go
to the grocery store.
One of the women we know said it all.
“I love to look and feel sexy when I’m out
running errands.Sometimes I catch guys
noticing me, but it’s not like they ever
actually come up to me and introduce
themselves or anything.Oh well.”
We also have a weekend farmer’s market
here in San Antonio.
Everyone brings their dogs, including at
least a couple dozen MORE sexy women.
If they’re not wearing yoga pants, it’s
because they wore a sundress instead.
They don’t look that good on purpose to
impress their dog.
And no, contrary to what you may have
heard, women don’t dress up to impress
each other, either.
All it takes at the farmer’s market is to say
to a woman, “I like your puppy”.
She’ll explode into the brightest smile
you’ve seen all day.
But THEN WHAT?
And at the supermarket, it’s not like you
can compliment her on the yoga pants
the way you’d comment on her puppy.
Again…how would you handle THAT
situation?
After all, you'll probably never see her
again if you don't ACT. And she may have
adored you and been perfect for you.
But the world may NEVER know. Both
you AND she missed out.
If you can relate to even 10% of this,
you're absolutely not the only one.
I go all sorts of places all the time, and
I can count on one hand the total number
of times I’ve ever seen a guy approach a
woman he’s never met before and talk to
her.
After being behind masks for two years
and “sheltering in place”, the social climate
has changed out there…and not for the
better.
Meanwhile the media narrative seems to
drive men and women further apart, when
we were designed to be in partnership
together.
And even as more and more men grow
frustrated and give up on meeting women
altogether, I know YOU can rise above the
current weirdness and MEET WOMEN.
Yes, that’s an informed opinion.
Having done my fair share of live in-field
weekends with men since COVID, it's
indeed different out there.
But that has taught us how to navigate
through it all and MEET WOMEN.
In a way, it’s actually easier than ever when
you know the ropes.
But if you keep doing what you’ve always
done, you’ll keep getting what you always
got.
