PROVE ME WRONG...


Seventeen years ago today, Emily and I "tied the knot", and I
never wanna get loose.

Of course, the first thing I did this morning--before Emily even
woke up--was make sure I was the first one to post on Facebook
about it.

While doing so, I found a picture of us cutting the wedding cake,
with Emily about to smear some playfully on my face. That's a
wedding tradition here in the States, of course.

Let's just say I got my "just desserts".

Hey, I fully realize not all of you guys are looking for a wife.

But some of you are.

And for those of you who are ready to take the ultimate step
toward finding her and spending a charmed life with her,
here's the most encouraging statement I can give you in a
world where divorce statistics tend to dominate the
headlines:

I don't know anyone in a happy relationship whose life
is miserable.

Prove me wrong.

Sure, I know some single folks who are happily unhitched.
I've been there before myself, as you well know.

But I also know lots and lots of people who have plenty of
money, a great career, a thriving social life and/or are in
good health...

...but are miserable anyway.

Regardless of your relationship ambitions with women, it's
always better to have skills with them and make them love
you than not.

Here is another statement that's equally powerful as the
one highlighted above:

I don't know anyone who is bitter or angry toward
MOTOS (members of the other sex) who ISN'T
miserable.

Again, prove me wrong.

Coincidentally, the eighteenth anniversary of the first X & Y
Communications newsletter was on December 5th.

from each other, either.

HAPPENS, let alone works.

That is truly unthinkable, when you get right down to it.

We should want FAR better for ourselves...let alone the
woman we want to thrive in a relationship with.

Emily and I really, honestly love and adore each other like
you wouldn’t believe.

Not only would I marry her again, I’ve never once in fourteen
years even doubted.

No matter what else happens in life, that makes me a
blessed man of incredibly good fortune.
