THERE'S POWER IN YOUR VOICE


Oh man, I used to CRINGE at the sound
of my own voice.

Playing back my own voicemail greeting
on the phone was like torture.

Coming from the East Coast and moving
out west was the clincher, though.

People were looking at me like, "Dude...
slow down. What are you saying?

And of course because I got particularly
nervous talking to girls, it made matters
WORSE around them.

Well, I eventually did what it took to get
things handled.

Nowadays I host top-ranked podcasts, of
course. But I also do play-by-play announcing
for two different sports as well.

Just recently I got to emcee the award
ceremony at the end of the Texas State
Championships. It was an honor.

Over the years, I've been asked about
