MOST MEN DON'T NEED A "DATE". THEY NEED A LIFE.
When you first found this X & Y Communications community — whether it was a podcast, an email, or a program — what problem were you all about solving?
For most guys, the answer starts with women. Getting more of them. Getting better ones. Keeping the one they have.
But after two decades of coaching men, I've found that attracting and relating to women is just where the symptoms first appear.
For example, a man can't keep a woman around in a relationship because he lacks confidence. He lacks confidence because he's lost momentum. He's lost momentum because he's living someone else's priorities. Or maybe he's isolated. Or he's stuck in a career he never even chose, let alone finds fulfilling. Or he's carrying resentment from a divorce. Or he's become a passive "Mr. Nice Guy".
Eventually you're not even talking about "dating" anymore. You're talking about the very core of what we struggle with as men.
And I not only see you and hear you, I can relate.
This isn't about fixing what's wrong with you. We're here to maximize what's right about you in a world that can't seem to stop coming up with new and unexpected challenges.
This is why I built something new as of this morning:
The Reality Inventory: Where Are You Right Now?
It's a ten-question assessment that cuts through the noise and tells you exactly where you are on the continuum of change, and what kind of work will actually move the needle for you.
Not where you think you are. Where you actually are.
Some men need a Reframe: A sharper perspective on what they're already doing.
Some need a Reset: New habits to replace the old patterns they can see but can't seem to break.
Some need to Reclaim: That's about finding the thread again after losing their way.
Some need to Rebuild: A genuine fresh start, not more patches on a foundation that has long been sinking.
And some need full Reinvention: A completely clean slate and a radical departure from what came before.
Ten questions. Honest answers. A clear picture of where you are and what to do about it:
Take The Reality Inventory Now
It takes two or three minutes. Your results are right there when you finish. No opt-in (after all, you're already getting these emails), no paywall, no B.S.
NOTE: If none of the answers are an exact fit, choose the one that's closest. The assessment is designed to meet you where you are, not where you wish you were. It's pretty cool how accurate it ends up being.
Be Good,
Scot McKay
