WHAT'S INSIDE:  Want to improve your confidence with women?  In
your dreams!  (No...seriously.)

I DREAM OF JEANNIE...AND ANDREA...AND JENNIFER

Before we jump into this, please know I'm still the "normal",
pickup truck driving, weekend bar-b-q-ing, motorcycle clutch
changing dude I've always been.  And yes, Emily's still here and
willing to relate to me like a human being.

With that, here we go...

Have you ever heard of "lucid dreaming"?  If you have, you probably
dropped everything and learned how to do it as soon as you did.

And if you HAVEN'T ever heard of it, let's get that taken care of
right out of the gate.  Here's the definitive "how to" guide (and
it's excellent):

So what are we talking about here, and why should you care?

Well, lucid dreaming is simply the learned skill of remaining
asleep and continuing to dream even AFTER you consciously realize
you're dreaming.

Crazy, isn't it?  Most of us snap awake as soon as we figure out
we're dreaming, right?

But imagine being able to consciously take control of your
dreamscape at will.  How flat out amazing would that be?

Having been a lucid dreamer myself for about ten years now, let me
tell you.  You're literally able to manufacture reality on the
fly, as if you're in some sort of "alternate universe" where the
laws of physics just don't apply.

Want proof that you're only using but a small percentage of your
brain power during the day?  This is it.  Not only is your mind
processing all of what's around you...it's CREATING IT.

If you want to fly instead of hoofing it, that's what you do.

Want to visit with someone who lived hundreds of years ago?  Done.

Heck, want to go to Italy?  Or the moon?  Your wish is your own
mind's command.

What's truly remarkable is that when you're lucid dreaming your
sense of "reality" is every bit as crystal clear as it is when
you're actually awake.  It FEELS totally real.

People who are in the know about lucid dreaming even have special
"reality checks" they run to make sure they're actually asleep when
it's all happening.

A classic one, for example, is to look at your watch...then look at
it again.  If the times are different then you can "rest assured"
you're asleep and go ahead and fly with confidence.

Yes...this is for real.  I have to laugh when I hear tell of people
debating whether the whole phenomenon exists or not.

It most certainly does.

Check it out.  One of the absolute wildest aspects of lucid
dreaming is that even though you are the master of the reality
you're spinning, other people in your dream will continue to
respond and interact with you autonomously.

In other words, you won't be consciously putting words in their
mouths.  It'll be just like a VERY REAL conversation.

In fact, if you ask someone in your dream whether you're dreaming
or not, they'll probably tell you "no" and look at you funny.
Isn't that something else?

But the big difference in your lucid dream world is that YOU decide
who to interact with, and YOU decide the ultimate outcome of those
interactions.

So then, if you'd like to play shortstop for the Giants and face
Clayton Kershaw at the plate, it's a done deal.  Clayton will be
there for you, and it will be 100% real to you in the moment.

Then you'll hit a homer off of him and watch his reaction.

Or if you'd like, you'll leave your subconscious mind in charge and
chance the strikeout instead.  It's YOUR choice.

I actually have a recurring theme in my lucid dreams where I'm the
backup point guard for the Spurs.  Man, you should see what it's
like to practice with Kawhi Leonard, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker.
And the charter flights to away games are a riot.

So by now you might be asking what all of this has to do with
getting better with women--that is, if you haven't figured it out
already.

Here we go...

First off, you can invite ANY woman on Earth into your lucid dream.

For that matter, you can let your mind INVENT a woman for you.

If you choose the latter, I promise you'll like who your brain
comes up with.  It might even be fun to see if you ever really meet
her in real life.  How wild would that be?

Whoever she is, you can meet her without any fear of "rejection".

You can kiss her whenever you're ready.

You can literally practice ANY (and I mean ANY) skill with any
woman (or several) you want, and build your confidence with the
results...all without ANY "real world" complications.

But here's the part that has always fried my circuits.  All told,
you're going to find that your brain is ridiculously accurate at
predicting REAL WORLD results.

Essentially, deep down (i.e. subconsciously) you really know
already exactly what SHOULD happen and is LIKELY to happen
when you perform any action in the real world in a particular way.

But having your mind AFFIRM that in a lucid dream does
wonders for your confidence AND your skill when you're actually
awake.

I've never told anyone this before, but lucid dreaming had plenty
to do with how quickly I improved my skills with women.  It was
like I'd already "been there and done that" before encountering
similar situations in the "real world".

I'm actually sort of shocked that NOBODY has ever written on the
subject of lucid dreaming as a great way to get better with MOTOS.

Then again, there's not a mountain of stuff written on the topic in
general.

Are you curious?  You should be.

Rest assured I'm still a dating coach, not really a world expert on
lucid dreaming per se.  So I'll leave it to these guys to show you
the ropes (even though they're "down under" and spell "fulfill"
funny):

By now you know I'm a pretty practical guy.  No "new agey" stuff
for me, really.  So even though I'll admit that what I'm describing
sounds really weird and far out, it's actually something your brain
has been wired for and able to do all along.

The day I found out about lucid dreaming changed my life, and
that's no "cliché".

I was immediately intrigued, at first because it sounded like a
great way to make solid use of those 8 hours per day that most of
us pretty much consider "down time".

But a short time later when I had my first real lucid dreaming
experience, I instantly knew I had tapped into one of the most
powerful ways to really, truly maximize life on this planet.  It's
that cool...

Be Good,

Scot McKay
