Like so much of what I talk to you guys about, this video was inspired
by real, live conversations I've had with men all over the world.

Even though I work with sharp, successful men, I'm amazed by how
many report how they were the most picked-on (or even bullied) kid
in school.

Seriously...it's like half of the guys I talk to.

For ages I thought it was because I could directly relate.  I mean, I've
talked a bit about this whole idea before.

But FINALLY...something profound hit me like a ton of bricks:
