A STAR IS BORN...
The closing bell has just sounded on another Friday afternoon.
That can only mean one thing. Woohoo! It's the weekend...which
if you're like 99.9% of everyone else out there you're LIVING FOR.
There's only ONE THING wrong with that.
If you're "living for the weekend" that sort of implies that
you're not really "living" for the other five days outta the
week (unless it's the ONE week or TWO you get for "vacation"
all year).
Five. Whole. Days.
If you're not "alive" during that time (which...hello...is
MOST of your life then what are you, "undead", like a zombie?
Don't answer that question.
OK, maybe there are actually a COUPLE of things wrong with
living for the weekend.
The second would be that if you're only having FUN two days
a week, the other five have gotta be pure DRUDGERY for you.
And what do those five loooooong days have in common?
Just "work", that's all.
You got it. Everyone seems to think "work sucks", don't they?
In fact, complaining about it seems to be the "tie that binds"
worker bees all across the fruited plain. We sort of get off on
it together.
After "work" each day comes "Happy Hour". Wednesday is "Hump Day"
...half-way to the alleged Nirvana that is two blessed days
WITHOUT "work".
So let's review what we've got here so far:
1) We live for weekends, therefore must not really be living
the rest of the time.
2) We've gotten SO used to sleepwalking through the murky
fog of a BORING "job" that sucks for five whole days a
week that we've actually built a CULTURE out of it.
WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?
Wait a second...last I checked, this was supposed to be a FREE
country (and hopefully YOURS is also).
The "American Dream" is supposed to mean that we can do WHAT we
want WHEN we want to do it.
What, didn't your Grandma tell you when you were a kid, "Hey,
[insert your name here], you can be ANYTHING you want someday...
even PRESIDENT."
That's actually true (never mind the fact that The President
is actually one of those guys who still has to go to "work".)
If everything I'm telling you in today's newsletter is starting
to make you think even just a BIT, then you've gotta see this:
Let's just say THAT'S really going to hit the spot on a Friday
afternoon. Probably more so than that half-price cocktail
you were going to go suck down at "Happy Hour".
Why is that?
Well, because--like me--Brendan Burchard, the mad-scientist
behind that video DOESN'T go to "work".
True the actual intent behind the "American Dream", he (again,
like me) wakes up every morning doing what he LOVES to do:
There are at least THREE reasons for that.
1) He doesn't work for "The Man". He's responsible for his
own success as WELL AS his own stupid mistakes, if any. (And
believe me...even the latter is a GREAT feeling compared to
being subject to a random boss's raging incompetence.)
2) He does what he LOVES to do and is a WORLD-CLASS EXPERT
at it. That NEVER feels like "work". Even when he gets down
to business it feels like "play time".
3) Oh yes...he makes over a MILLION DOLLARS a year for "living
the dream".
Yeah, I sort of forgot to mention that last part. The MONEY.
Who's really (and I mean REALLY) got your back at YOUR
"workplace" making sure you're making AT LEAST as much money
as you're really worth?
Lookit, here's the deal. All I've got to ask you is this.
How in the world did you end up spending MOST of your time
doing what you DON'T LIKE DOING in order to make LESS MONEY
than you deserve?
That's a REALLY, REALLY, REALLY good question, huh?
I think we've all been lulled to sleep thinking that a life
built around "work" is actually tantamount to "success".
And most of us are STILL "sleepwalking" to this very day.
The TRUTH (and I'm living proof) is that you CAN do what you
truly love, make your own rules, and rake in MORE income than
you ever thought possible...all at the same time.
Kiss the whole "I hate work...but I gotta pay the bills"
culture goodbye.
Brendan is THE man to show you exactly how to make it happen:
And yes. The truth is that SO FEW people ever "break out" and
actually DO this sort of thing that it might be hard to believe
that it isn't really so hard to become a WORLD-CLASS expert
yourself.
You can even become famous worldwide as a MAVEN in your niche--
whatever it is that motivates you the most.
Isn't it FINALLY time for your star to shine? Today's the day
you'll look back on and mark as THE day everything changed.
You'll thank me for this:
Experts Academy is THE best way to discover how to get paid
as an author, speaker, coach, seminar leader and/or online
entrepreneur.
When you pull the trigger on being one of the 400 who gets in
on Brendon's latest edition of his course, e-mail me at:
...and let me know. I'll be good for THREE full one-hour
sessions as well on how to "fire the boss" and build your very
own business as an expert. You just can't beat that.
Be Good,
Scot McKay
P.S. What I've shared with you is NO JOKE. Back in 2003 I
was still sitting in a cubicle at "Dilbert, Inc." thinking
it was my "dream job". Little did I know that "job" wasn't
a necessary appendage to the word "dream"...
P.P.S. In case you're wondering, today's newsletter
absolutely, positively has EVERYTHING to do with being
successful with high quality women. The bigger and better and
more attractive YOUR dream is (and the less it involves "work")
the more attractive YOU are going to be.
