One of the major themes around here is how women tend to appreciate
a man who does the best with what he's got to work with.
If you're like me, one of the toughest battles in this regard involves
staying trim. Man...Emily can eat like a Hoover vacuum cleaner and
not gain an ounce.
Me? Not so much. I've even cut WAY back on the brewskis, no less.
So the other day I happened across this...by pure happenstance:

Sure there's a sea of stuff out there on this subject. But what
caught my eye and set this apart was that the guy behind it all
actually did his homework.
He researched people who actually got the job done and built his
system based on WHAT WORKED in the real world for scores of
