As promised, I've got the second video on "The Basics" ready to go

Yep.  I've lost about 25 POUNDS since some of the other videos
a while back were shot (e.g. the ones in The Man's Approach).  

I've actually got about 15 more to go before I was planning to say
anything, but since you guys are asking here are the three programs

To be completely frank, I didn't pig out on pizza and burgers like
Jon Benson says you still can on his diet.  

But his wild tips on doing a bunch of little things that together
conspire to cut appetite and burn fat really do work (e.g. weights
BEFORE cardio, even smelling peppermint?).

And thanks to The Adonis Effect, I have actual pecs instead of "man
boobs" like some of my beer drinkin' buddies.  That's always a good
thing.

As for lacrosse, I've never used every single muscle group in my
body and/or ran so hard in my entire life--while enjoying it all so
much that I didn't even realize it was happening.  Get hooked on
this and you'll HAVE to lose weight and build muscle.
