been holding steady since.Obviously, this is VERY exciting stuff...and YES, I'm off as
soon as I hit "send" on this message to add an ELEVENTH cool

3) The link to the secret website containing the bonus audio
programs is in the very last chapter.
It should work like a charm.
4) YES, I really, truly am handing over ten (make that ELEVEN)
