I know that my other books aren't sold in a number of different
countries for that reason. I realize that sounds like hype (e.g.
"banned in two dozen countries", etc.) but it's actually the
case.

4) "Is there a hardcopy version?"
Not right now. It's all digital, all the way.
That said, I have to tell you...I finally broke down and bought a
Kindle Paperwhite for myself last year and I'll never lug books
around ever again. It's amazing to get on an airplane and have
your entire library available to you (after you reach 10K feet,
at least).
