Merry Christmas to those of you who celebrate.  I trust that Santa
was good to you, and the women in your life even more so.

Here at the "mist enshrouded mountaintop fortress" that is X & Y
Communications Headquarters, we're enjoying a lazy day featuring
lots of NBA, among other things--including something ridiculous
called Dagoba Drinking Chocolate.

killer content with a dogpile of world-famous co-hosts.

Again, a joyous holiday to you.  I also want to take this
opportunity to tell you how much I appreciate you as a subscriber
to this newsletter. 

It's been nine years ago this month since I sent out the first
X & Y Communications newsletter to seventeen people.  Today the
list is over fifty-three thousand--with another 150K or so on
Facebook and Twitter.

That would never have happened without you, and I don't ever take
that for granted.

I've met so many of you personally, and many others of you via
phone and e-mail.  I'm a better man because of it.

I look in the mirror every day thankful that I have the honor and
privilege to work for so many virtuous men of character like you
who are all about changing the world...with a great woman by their
side all the while.

So thank you.  You already know that I wake up every morning
thinking 100% about how we can make good on your confidence and
trust.

That means that you can look forward to the bar being raised in
2015--including some new directions that you may not have seen
coming, but which will be ALL for the better.

There's lots more of the good stuff coming soon, for sure.

Meanwhile, enjoy this blessed day and spread the joy.
