[X&Y] "You're Brave", She Said...

"YOU'RE BRAVE", SHE SAID
That's exactly what one of the guys I've been coaching
lately heard from a woman when he cold-approached
her at Starbucks.
She doesn't know the half of it.
When I first talked to this guy back in the summertime,
he had just come off of a vicious breakup.
Worse, the one woman he had been trying to make plans
with since had just informed him she was off for a "weekender"
with a guy she had been talking to from a neighboring state.
To say he had been left feeling lousy about his chances
with women would be an understatement.
After all, one in his own town was opting to go long-distance
instead.
All of this sucked.
But did he shrink into his shell like a turtle and sulk?
Did he retreat to the fake solace of #MGTOW groups online
and bitch about it with other lonely, jilted dudes?
Hell to the no.
That would have been the easy way out.
And it would have led to nothing positive.
He grabbed his world by the balls, said "enough is enough"
and summoned the courage to act.
He got in touch with me and put me to work for him.
It's now several months later, of course.
He happened to call me for an off-hand session, which is
a feature of the coaching program he is on.
Tonight he is going out with a sexy, sophisticated woman
he met at the coffee shop.
She's apparently super excited about him, having voiced
how amazed she was that a man would boldly yet
respectfully approach her...in exactly the way women
CRAVE us to.
We talked about how to pay attention to details so he CAN'T
LOSE tonight.
But there was also another matter to discuss.
How should he handle the other women he has been out
with lately who all can't wait to see him again?
First, there's the adorable cutie who hasn't been showing
up to his hiking group lately, but who he met via Facebook
Dating anyway.
"Wow...I haven't met any man who is as emotionally
connected as you are", she purred during their recent
date.
Not only did she not flake out on him, she was left wanting
more, more, more.
And here's the clincher...he ALSO has a woman he met
at a sporting event who is coming to visit him this weekend...
FROM A NEIGHBORING STATE.
Ain't the beer cold, huh gentlemen? Everything has come
full circle.
I couldn't help but wonder if there's some other guy in her
home town who was left frustrated.
